Zachary Wright brings a wealth of technical expertise and leadership experience that makes him an invaluable asset as a manufacturer’s representative in the electrical utility industry. With nearly two decades of hands-on experience, Zach has a deep understanding of the challenges and demands utilities face daily. His career began in the field as a lineman trainee with the City of Franklin Electric Department, where he developed a strong technical foundation, mastering everything from transformer installations to SCADA systems and circuit operations.
Rising through the ranks to become Director of Power and Light for the City of Franklin, Zach honed his leadership skills by managing a team of 16 employees, overseeing annual budgets, and ensuring the delivery of safe and reliable electricity to the community. His ability to address customer concerns, modernize infrastructure, and manage procurement gives him unique insight into the priorities of utilities and the solutions they seek from manufacturers.
As a manufacturer’s representative, Zach’s hands-on experience and operational expertise allow him to connect with customers on a practical level, offering informed recommendations and tailored solutions that meet their specific needs. His proven track record of building infrastructure, solving complex problems, and fostering strong working relationships positions him to bridge the gap between manufacturers and utilities effectively, driving growth and success for both.
